Both types of training are essential for a strong, lean, healthy body, but finding the time to do both is next to impossible. Everyone wants to have a lean, muscular body, but very few people know how to accomplish that goal.
With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, owning and managing gyms, developing and writing training manuals, designing nutrition plans and exercise programs, and editing and producing workout videos and websites, I have developed a training style and nutrition program that does the most important thing:

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring to the table “What No One Can”. With more than 10,000 hours spent in the gym, I offer the professionalism and experience no one can. I have developed my own trademarked training style, “Endurance Strength Training”, and my own nutrition program, “JEM LIFESTYLE Nutrition”, which have a direct correlation to my success.
Endurance Strength Training gives clients the results they desire. Whether they are male, female, beginners, intermediates, or advanced individuals, Endurance Strength Training will change their lives and physiques. Endurance Strength Training will also save them time, money, and unnecessary effort.
Over the past 30 years, Joseph Maresca has studied and researched fitness, health, and nutrition. Kerry is a lifelong student of fitness and personal self-development. He advocates the philosophy that mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected. His passion for fitness began with his love of sports and developed as a collegiate athlete and fitness competitor. Kerry’s approach is consultative and holistic, targeting all components of health and wellness. His training technique emphasizes health & fitness level-appropriate programming with a specific focus given on simultaneously developing strength and cardiovascular endurance (EST), in combination with balance and flexibility training.
Kerry is a Raja Yoga Academy certified instructor in the Bikram Method of hot yoga. Additionally, he has studied with renowned teachers in the yoga field, including Ben Sears, & Tony Sanchez. He believes the practice of yoga is the perfect complement to weight training as it cultivates concentration, a deeper awareness of the mind-body connection, the balance of strength and flexibility, and a more aesthetic physique.
Kerry holds a degree from Georgetown University, where he majored in Literature and Psychology. Having previously spent over twenty years working in the “Wall Street” world of Asset Management, he understands the pressures and challenges of creating work-life balance and finding proper nutrition on the go. Kerry meets clients where they are with listening and compassion, holds them accountable to their fitness design, and motivates them to their highest mindset with respect to their life and fitness.

As a former combat veteran of the united states navy, I found my passion for fitness within the physical requirements of my enlistment on board the USS South Carolina. After four years of service and tours to the Persian gulf and desert storm, I decided to pursue a career in personal training upon my honorable discharge at the age of 21 and accepted a position with Bally's. I obtained my personal training certification with the American Council On Exercise (ACE). In 1995, I began a journey with the National Physique Committee (NPC), placing within the top four body building contestants at four separate competitions and winning the NPC east coast iron classic/Fairfield county at my fifth competition with the award of best poser. With an associates degree from Housatonic Community College, a bachelor of science from southern Connecticut State University, certificate from National Personal Training Institute of New England, certificate in nutrition and 30 years as an industry leader, I infuse the foundational elements of body building with the essential principles of core activation. I also implement safe and effective personalized programs for all of my clients. I believe in basic movement science, combined with modern applications, which affords me the ability to work with people of all populations. With 14 years of experience working closely within the field of physical therapy, I also specialize in injury care and prevention. I am committed to each and every client, ensuring goal focused workouts in a comfortable environment. I accept clients from all ability levels, and hope to make a difference in every life I touch.

Meet Coach Chloe! She has been the fitness industry for over 10 years Certified with NFPT, SRT and Schwinn, she has a specialty in strength training, bodybuilding, functional training as well as endurance training. Originally from NYC, Chloe spent a lot of time as an endurance athlete cycling, running and Spartan race training. When Chloe made her way to Florida, she fell into the world of competitive bodybuilding. But through this transition, she also made a transformation. Chloe went from battling anorexia to being overweight for her size and eventually finding her balance as a lean machine. Once she learned and gained proper nutrition techniques, that was the game changer. Sculpting the body and refueling it properly is what's its all about. Chloe also has specialty in soft stretching release techniques (SRT Therapy). Come train with this power house chick!

Hi, My name is James Morency. I was born in Haiti. I moved to Canada when I was a year old. Then I moved to Florida when I was 7 and I’ve been here ever since. I enjoy playing basketball, paintball, and fishing in my free time or training for a Spartan race. I have always been interested in the human body and the way it works. I find it to be a fascinating machine. I fell in love with massage because of how I am able to help a persons body heal and experience relief. I have been a Massage Therapist for over 8 1/2 years. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger points, passive/isolated stretching, and Swedish massage. Over the years, I’ve grown in my techniques and my understanding of the body. Most diets are caloric restrictive and nutrition unspecific, so a good portion of the weight you lose is your muscle tissue. This loss of muscle tissue lowers your daily caloric needs and also lowers your metabolic rate. Your caloric needs and metabolic rate are lower, so when normal nutrition is resumed, the weight and body fat pours back on. The most important KEY to maintaining fat and weight loss is to sustain all muscle tissue while dieting. This leaves the daily caloric need high, as well as your metabolic rate. The more lean muscle tissue we have, the higher our daily caloric needs and metabolic rate are.
